OHKO Games – Policies, Terms & Conditions

Welcome to OHKO Games! By placing an order through our store (online or in-store), you agree to the following policies and terms.


Preorder Policy

  • OHKO Games enforces a strict 1-per-household limit on all Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering preorders.

  • Any attempt to bypass this limit (e.g., multiple accounts, altered address formats, forwarding services, etc.) may result in immediate cancellation of all associated orders.

  • Customers accept these terms at checkout when placing any preorder.


Shipping Policy

  • OHKO Games ships domestically and internationally.

  • We ship only to residential addresses. Orders placed using commercial, business, freight-forwarding, or package receiving service addresses will be cancelled.

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT/taxes, import fees, and compliance with local import regulations.

  • OHKO Games is not responsible for packages delayed, held, or denied by customs agencies.


In-Store Pickup Policy

  • Preorders: Available on the official release date. Preorders must be picked up within 7 days of release or they may be refunded and returned to inventory.

  • Non-preorder items: Ready for pickup within 24–48 hours after purchase.

  • Customers will receive an email once their order is ready.

  • A valid photo ID and order confirmation are required for pickup. Orders must be picked up by the purchaser unless arrangements are made in advance.

  • Note: OHKO Games does not guarantee the condition of outer packaging for sealed products.


Bot & Automation Policy

  • OHKO Games enforces a strict no-bot policy.

  • Any orders believed to be placed using automated tools, bots, scripts, or non-human checkout methods will be cancelled.


Order Cancellations, Pricing Errors & Restocking

  • Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment or before being marked “Ready for Pickup,” subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • All sales are final once an order has shipped or been marked ready for pickup.

  • OHKO Games reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for policy violations.

  • Pricing and Listing Errors: If a product is listed with an incorrect price or information due to a typographical, supplier, or system error, OHKO Games may cancel the order even after checkout has been completed. Any such cancellations will be refunded in full.


Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns on trading card games, sealed products, collectibles, or accessories after shipment or pickup.

  • All sales are final to protect product integrity and prevent tampering.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged (not including minor box/packaging wear) or you receive the incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup at: [insert store email]

  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

If approved:

  • We will replace the item if available, or

  • Offer a refund if replacement stock is not available.

Cosmetic wear to packaging does not qualify for refund or replacement.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.


Privacy Policy

OHKO Games respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

We collect data needed for order processing and communication. We do not sell or rent your information. Data is shared only with trusted third-party services such as payment processors and shipping carriers.
