OHKO Games – Policies, Terms & Conditions

Welcome to OHKO Games! By placing an order through our store, you agree to the following policies and terms.


Preorder Policy

  • OHKO Games enforces a strict 1-per-household limit on all Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering preorders.

  • Any attempt to bypass this limit (e.g., placing multiple orders, using alternate accounts, or shipping addresses) may result in immediate order cancellation.

  • Customers agree to this policy when submitting orders for Pokémon or Magic: The Gathering items.


Shipping Policy

  • OHKO Games ships domestically and internationally.

  • We ship only to residential addresses. Orders placed using commercial addresses will be cancelled.

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with their orders.

  • OHKO Games is not responsible for packages delayed, held, or denied by customs.


In-Store Pickup Policy

  • Preorders: Available for pickup on the official release date. Preorders must be collected within 7 days of release. Orders not picked up will be refunded and returned to inventory.

  • Non-preorder items: Ready for pickup within 24–48 hours after purchase.

  • Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready.

  • A valid photo ID and order confirmation are required at pickup. Orders must be picked up by the purchaser unless prior arrangements are made.

  • Note: OHKO Games does not guarantee the condition of outer packaging for preorder or pickup items.


Bot & Automation Policy

  • OHKO Games enforces a strict no-bot policy.

  • Any orders believed to have been placed using automated or non-human methods will be cancelled and returned to inventory.


Order Cancellations & Restocking

  • Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment or before being marked “ready for pickup,” subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • All sales are final once shipped or marked ready for pickup.

  • OHKO Games reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for policy violations.


Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns on trading card games, sealed products, or collectibles once they have been shipped or picked up.

  • All sales are final to protect product integrity and prevent tampering.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged (excluding cosmetic damage to the outer box/packaging) or you receive the wrong item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup at [insert store email].

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue.

  3. We will review and, if applicable, provide either a replacement (if stock is available) or a refund.

Cosmetic damage to packaging does not qualify for a refund or replacement.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
